These terms apply when you use the toxoff app. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What toxoff does

toxoff connects to Instagram professional accounts you own or manage and removes comments on your posts that match your filters, using automated checks. By default, comments the checks are highly confident are abusive are deleted from Instagram permanently, and the rest are hidden so you can review and restore them in the app. In Filters you can choose to hide everything, or to delete everything. Deleted comments cannot be restored.

2. Automated checks can be wrong

toxoff uses automated tools, including AI, to decide which comments to remove. They can miss harmful comments and can remove comments that were fine. Review your removed comments and restore hidden ones that should stay. Deletions cannot be undone. toxoff does not guarantee that every harmful comment will be caught.

3. Your account

Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure.
Only connect Instagram accounts you own or are allowed to manage.
You are responsible for your use of Instagram and for following Instagram's terms.

4. Plans, free checks and invites

New accounts get a free trial, then the Free plan, which includes a limited number of free comment checks in total.
Inviting friends can earn extra free checks, as described in the app. Invite rewards are for real friends: we may remove rewards or suspend accounts that abuse them (for example, by using fake accounts).
We may change the free allowance or plan features in the future; changes will not reduce a subscription period you have already paid for.

5. Subscriptions

Solo, Plus and Studio are auto-renewing subscriptions sold through Apple's App Store and charged to your Apple ID.
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
Subscribing during the free trial starts the paid plan immediately.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use toxoff to break the law, to access accounts or data you are not allowed to, to interfere with the service, or to reverse engineer or overload it.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using toxoff and delete your account at any time (see how to delete your data). We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

toxoff is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable, for example when Instagram or our providers have problems. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for comments that were or were not hidden or deleted. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

9. Apple

These terms are between you and toxoff, not Apple. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version at this address with a new effective date, and tell you in the app if the changes are significant.
